Libido Ongoing | Heartbeat: In the Name of Love

Our creative sexual energy - our Libido - is a rich and essential part of our human life. It can bring great pleasure, profound healing, and deep connection. However, developing and maintaining a harmonious relationship with our sexual feelings - and the sexual feelings of others - can be a complex, unnerving, and mysterious journey that we are often expected to figure out on our own. In this unique and dynamic series of workshops, Andrea Juhan will use the 5Rhythms® movement practice to engage with the subtle (and not-so-subtle) energies of our sexuality.

The ongoing group format is a container that encourages vulnerability and honesty. As we explore different textures and themes, we are supported by the continuity, intimacy, and fresh perspectives that develop within a group of committed participants. Using a combination of group process, psychological explorations, and embodied movement practice, Andrea will guide and challenge participants to move towards their full potential as mature, sexual, creative human beings.
