We’re delighted to be organizing our first annual Sweat Your Prayers® Benefit dance. Our primary guiding principle for this effort is to engage with generosity of heart and spirit, and accomplish something that benefits the greater whole. To that end, we’ve put together an exciting evening of dance, silent auction and finger food potluck to entice you to join us in experiencing what we can accomplish when we work together.

6:30 Silent Auction begins
7:00 Warm-up with Lori Smullin

9:00 Finger food and dessert potluck
9:30 Closing of the Silent Auction

Please bring your self, your generous heart, your checkbook and a finger food or dessert potluck dish to share. We’ll provide, water, tea and all the utensils.

The proceeds of this event will go the purchase and installation of a high quality speaker system at our Mt. View class location and to establish a Scholarship Fund for those who wish to study the 5Rhythms® in depth and need financial support to do so.

Volunteers
A tremendous amount of work will go into the making of this event and we would love a half hour or hour of your time before, during or after the event to help make it a success. If you can offer the gift or your time, please let us know. A sign up sheet will be available at class on Monday nights in Mt. View and a list of needs will be posted on our website as well.

Tandamanzi is an uplifting fusion of djembes, djun-djuns, congas, didjeridu, balaphone, bass guitar and boisterous fun! Their infectiously energetic blend of African, Brazilian, Latin rhythms and funky dance grooves compels audiences to get up and move.

When Tandamanzi performs, vibrant energies flowing between the musicians and the dancers in the audience coalesce in an exuberant celebration of rhythm and life.
